Troubleshooting Frequently Asked Questions

How to change an O-Ring

Here's a video to illustrate the steps

My device is spraying out the side

Make sure the O ring doesn't need to be changed & that your insert is in the nozzle correctly.

My device is not cold anymore

Please insure that you are using a Siphoned CO2 tank and that you are not out of gas

My device started out strong but now it is spraying weak or not at all

There is probably something stuck in the valve and we need to fix it.

Call customer service: 310-620-7921, Option #2.

My device says it's fully charged but turns off when unplugged

One cell probably detached during shipping or from being moved around alot and we need to fix it.

Call customer service: 310-620-7921, Option 2.

My valve is not closing and still spraying when turned off

Something is stuck in valve, please follow the following steps: 

1. Remove nozzle 

2. Turn off gas 

3. Purge gas 

4. Open and close the valve 10 times with unit facing down 

5. Reopen Gas 

6. Then spray 10s ( Reopen gas first ) without nozzle.

If issue not resolved: we need to fix it. Call customer service 310-620-7921, Option 2.

My valve does not open

If there is a “click “ when pushing the I/O button, then same manipulation as previous issue. See "My valve is not closing and still spraying when turned off"

You can also try to take cleaning needle (middle one) and insert it in the valve, then test again, if still issue, send it to us for valve cleaning. 

My Screen is freezing or showing weird temperature number

1. Turn your device off 

2. Turn your device on 

3. If that doesn’t fix the issue, please call customer service 310-620-7921, Option 2.

My nozzle seems like it's freezing and icing over

THIS IS NORMAL because of the humidity. You will need to clean it while using it to keep it from freezing completely up.

My nozzle is not spraying straight

1. Make sure you nozzle is clean (use cleaning kit provided), your insert is properly

2. Make sure insert is in nozzle correctly and pushed all the way up 

3. If it is spraying the outer side of the nozzle, check the O-Ring

My temp is in Celsius and I want it to be Fahrenheit

Click I/O button together to switch to Fahrenheit

My insert has fallen out, what do I do?

Put the insert back in place. You can use a drop of gorilla glue or loctite on the insert edge before putting it back in place. Use a smooth and flat (NOT pointy) thing to push it back in place till it is flush from the inside with inner metal rim 

CO₂ is leaking around my tank connector

Make sure the tank connector is on properly. The tank connector O-Rings may be bad, please call customer service to see if it needs to be replaced.
