Consent Agreement

By submitting your content (including but not limited to pictures, videos, testimonials, and other materials) to America Cryo (“Company”), you agree to the following terms:

 

License and Usage Rights

You hereby grant Company a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, publicly display, and create derivative works from your content, in any media, for any purpose, including but not limited to marketing, advertising, promotional, and informational purposes.

 

 

Ownership and Permissions

You confirm that you own all rights, title, and interest in the content;
 you have obtained all necessary permissions, releases, and consents from any third parties, including individuals appearing in the content;
 and the content does not infringe on any intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of third parties.

 

 

Compensation and Waiver

You acknowledge and agree that you will not receive any compensation, payment, or consideration of any kind for the use of your content;
 you waive any right to inspect or approve the use of the content by Company;
 and you waive any claims against Company and its agents, employees, representatives, successors, and assigns related to the use of your content, including but not limited to claims for invasion of privacy, right of publicity, defamation, or any other cause of action.

 

Consent for Identifiable Individuals

If your content includes identifiable individuals, you confirm that you have obtained their explicit consent to share this content with Company,
 and you acknowledge that Company may use the content in a manner that identifies individuals, and you consent to such use.

 

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Company and its agents, employees, representatives, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to Company’s use of your content.
