What do I do if the Steady Red Light is shown?

It mean the area is too cold. Please, move jet stream away from area

What do I do if the the Blinking Red Light is shown?

It means that the device is too close to skin.

Move the device further away. XR ISO will turn off automatically after 3 seconds if not corrected.

What do I do if the colored lights are not displaying?

It means that the device was held at improper angle during treatment

Maintain device angled in the same direction as the movement path of the jet stream and the muscles during treatment.

What do I do if the blue light is not showing despite holding the device at the proper angle and distance?

It means the area hasn’t cooled to therapeutic temperature, or no CO2 liquid is left in the tank (spraying clear/weak and not white/strong spray).

Slow jet stream movement (but not too slow as to elicit a steady red light). You may need to decrease the total treatment area and/or increase treatment time. Or, replace your tank.

What do I do if the green light is indicated during treatment?

It means the treatment and nozzle are at the proper distance for thermal imaging and temperature sensors.

Remain at this distance during treatment and indicate thermal temperature using the LCD screen.

What do I do if my device is in Celsius and I need Fahrenheit?

It means your device could default to Celsius or Fahrenheit and can be changed easily.

Main Menu: Click the left Gear Icon, then switch from Imperial to Metric or vice versa. Click Save and Exit.

What do I do if the jet stream is 'dancing'?

It means an icicle has formed on the nozzle.

Use finger to quickly swipe nozzle to clear icicle or use a needle to clean inside the nozzle.

What do I do if CO2 is leaking from the base of the nozzle?

It means an icicle has formed on the nozzle.

Use finger to quickly swipe nozzle to clear icicle or use a needle to clean inside the nozzle.

What do I do if CO2 is leaking at the connector to the gas?

It means the O-ring is damaged.

Replace O-ring on the quick connection bolt.

What do I do if CO2 is leaking at the connector to the gas?

It means the O-ring is damaged.

What do I do if XRISO is not spraying white, strong, cold vapor?

It means the tank may be empty of the liquid CO2 the XRISO uses.

Replace tank.

What do I do if XRISO is not spraying cold, white vapor but the tank feels full?

It means the siphon may have disconnected inside the tank.

Contact supplier for different tank.

What do I do if CO2 is leaking from the sides of the quick release?

It means the O-ring inside quick-connect is missing or not properly sealing.

Insert, adjust, or replace washer ring (or tighten connector to remove the leak).

What do I do if frost appears on skin and remains for longer than a few seconds?

It means humidity may be too high in the room.

Maintain humidity no greater than 65%. A dehumidifier can help.

What do I do if the nozzle is covered in frost and/or feels like it is spraying tiny ice needles?

It means vapor being released from the device may be freezing moisture in the air (humidity).

Maintain room at or below 77°F with humidity no greater than 65%.
