Refund policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, except the deduction of the shipping cost if you receive free shipping at the time of your order.
Any medical device or body wraps that has been used cannot be returned.
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Customers who upgrade or lease‑to‑own a device have the right to cancel the upgrade or lease‑to‑own transaction within seventy‑two (72) hours of the time of purchase. To cancel, you must notify us within this seventy‑two (72) hour period. After seventy‑two (72) hours, all upgrade and lease‑to‑own sales are final and non‑refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Restocking & Processing Fees
If a return is approved, a restocking and processing fee will apply based on the services already delivered. These fees reflect shipping, handling, inspection, and non-recoverable training or onboarding costs.
1. Device Returned – No Training Accessed $250 restocking fee Applies when:
• The device is returned unused
• No online training or onboarding materials have been accessed
This fee covers outbound and return shipping, inspection, and handling.
2. Device Returned – Online Training Accessed $450 restocking fee Applies when:
• The device is returned
• Online training materials have been accessed
This fee includes shipping, handling, and access to proprietary digital training content.
3. Device Returned – Online Training + Live Call Completed $649 restocking fee Applies when:
• The device is returned
• Online training has been accessed
• A live onboarding, training, or strategy call has taken place
This fee reflects shipping, handling, training access, and professional service time already delivered.
